6 Week Class—Handbuilding & Decoration
Let’s make some fun stuff together! I want to share the joy of working with clay with you in this beautiful studio. No experience needed, beginners are welcome! We are going to focus on 3 main projects, exploring 3 styles of handbuilding (pinch, slab, and coil), and 3 decoration techniques (sgraffito, gradient inlays, and glaze layering). Clay and tools will be provided. There are six spots available and we will meet from 6 to 9 on Thursday evenings. Students will also have 3 passes for 3-hour blocks of studio time to practice. Class dates: July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, and August 21.
